Problem Solving

Phases to eliminating issues and overcoming problems.

1) Intelligence:
It is a gathering of bits and pieces of information in an attempt to construct a coherent picture of the situation for the purpose of identification.

2) Creativity:
The determination of a viable solution, that is, an appropriate course of action for bringing about the specified results. Its aim is action and, through this action, the achievement of the issue at hand.

3) Testing:
This phase brings confidence to the solution; that it is viable and that the solution is bringing about the end result desired by the company.
