Customer/ Order Inquiry Capabilities & Features:

  • Summary customer information.
  • View customer’s open sales orders.
  • View open Accounts Receivable documents.
  • Invoice History tab displays invoices with order and payment information.
  • Aging tab displays customers first, last, and oldest open invoices, last payment, and aging.
  • Sales by item tab includes all sales information by item ID.
  • Item History tab breaks down item quantity and sales by period.

  • Voucher History tab displays vouchers with PO receipts and check information.
